- 03/27/2015 Ebola standing travel notice. CDC urges all US residents to avoid nonessential travel to Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone because of unprecedented outbreaks of Ebola in those countries.

- 03/27/2015 Tropical Cyclone Pam in Vanuatu. Tropical Cyclone Pam hit Vanuatu on March 14, 2015. Significant infrastructure damage has caused problems with sanitation, food supply, electricity, transportation, shelter, communications, security, and medical care. CDC recommends that travelers to Vanuatu take precautions to protect their health.
- 03/25/2015 Avian Flu (H7N9) in China. CDC advises people traveling to China to avoid contact with poultry (including poultry markets and farms), birds, and their droppings.

- 03/25/2015 Chikungunya advisory. CDC recommends that travelers to Mexico, and the Pacific Islands protect themselves from chikungunya by preventing mosquito bites.

- 03/26/2015 Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) – Saudi Arabia. Between 11 and 22 March 2015, the National IHR Focal Point for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia notified WHO of 15 additional cases of Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) infection, including 3 deaths.
