- 04/16/2015 Ebola standing travel notice. CDC urges all US residents to avoid nonessential travel to Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone because of unprecedented outbreaks of Ebola in those countries.

- 04/15/2015 Measles in Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyzstan is experiencing an ongoing measles outbreak. CDC recommends that travelers to Kyrgyzstan protect themselves by making sure they are vaccinated against measles, particularly infants and children. Clinicians should keep measles in mind when treating patients with fever and rash, especially if the patient has recently traveled internationally.

- 04/15/2015 Human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9) virus – China. On 10 April 2015, the National Health and Family Planning Commission (NHFPC) of China notified WHO of 20 additional laboratory-confirmed cases of human infection with avian influenza A (H7N9) virus, including 4 deaths.
