The Office of International Education is preparing 14 Faculty Led programs for summer 2024, 8 during the Maymester (abroad the last two weeks of May) and 6 during the summer (month of June)
Maymester Programs (3 credit credits)
Maymester courses are tied to the spring semester, are three or four-credit hours courses, and have a two-week travel component directly after spring final exams. Students will meet for the class before the travel period to fulfill the necessary contact hours. Course registration for Maymester courses are included in spring tuition costs.
For most students, this means there is no additional tuition cost to participate in a Maymester program for full time students, (12 credit hours). Part time students will incur additional tuition costs for enrollment below 12 credit hours.
